Gold level sponsorship (4000€ and above)

Benefits:

• Recognition as Gold level sponsor in electronic communications, and on the web with a large logo
• Large logo on conference banners
• Large logo in conference program
• Large logo in printed proceedings
• 1 slot for a scientific poster during entire conference
• Up to 3 complimentary full-conference registrations
• Up to 3 items (flyer, CD, etc.) to be inserted in the conference bag

Silver level sponsorship (between 2500-3500€)

Benefits:

• Recognition as Silver level sponsor on the web with a medium logo
• Medium logo on conference banners
• Medium logo in conference program
• Medium logo in printed proceedings
• 1 slot for a scientific poster during entire conference
• 1 complimentary full-conference registration
• Up to 1 item (flyer, CD, etc.) to be inserted in the conference bag

Bronze level sponsorship (between 1500-2000€)

Benefits:

• Recognition as Bronze level sponsor on the web with a small logo
• Small logo on conference banners
• Small logo in conference program
• Small logo in printed proceedings
• 1 slot for a scientific poster during the demo session
• 1 complimentary 1-day-registration to conference

Other forms of sponsoring

Individual student sponsoring (estimated between 1000-1300€)

Taking care of the cost of flight, accommodation and conference registration for 1 student from the European Union (i.e. about 1000€), or the rest of the world (i.e. about 1300€).

Benefits:

• Recognition as student sponsor on the web with a small logo
• Small logo on conference banners + small logo in conference program, OR 1 slot for scientific poster during the demo session

Conference T-shirt sponsoring (estimated between 500-800€)

Taking care of the cost for printing conference T-shirts --1 per participant (i.e. total about 500-800€).

Benefits:

• Recognition as sponsor on the web with a small logo

Other opportunities

• Lump sum to the student scholarship fund (minimum 200€)
• Lump sum to the student travel fund (minimum 200€)
• Lump sum to the social events fund: reception, concerts, etc. (minimum 200€)
• ISMIR awards fund: i.e. best paper, best student paper, best oral presentation, best poster presentation, best demo (minimum 200€)
• A specific gift for one of the awards above (corresponding to a minimum of 200€)
• Sponsoring the costs of some items from the conference bags: e.g. USB sticks, name tags, notepad, etc. (minimum 200€)
